VAD-CFR was compared against standard CFR, CFR+, Linear CFR (LCFR), DCFR, PCFR+, DPCFR+, and HS-PCFR+(30) over 1000 iterations with K = 1000. Exploitability was measured exactly. Across 11 evaluation games, VAD-CFR matched or beat top performance in 10 games, with 4-player Kuhn Poker as the only outlier.
